PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet production apparatus which has a reduced footprint (installation area) and improved installation performance. SOLUTION: A sheet production apparatus 100 comprises a coarsely pulverizing part 12， a loosening part 20， a second web forming part 70， and a molding part 106. The coarsely pulverizing part 12 coarsely pulverizes a raw material containing fibers into coarse fragments. The loosening part 20 defibrates the coarse fragments into defibrated products. The second web forming part 70 forms a web W by accumulating the defibrated products. The molding part 106 molds a sheet S from the web W. The coarsely pulverizing part 12 is located vertically below the molding part 106. SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
