Dataset for: Perceived AI Reliability, Psychological Safety, and Proactive Change Behavior

This repository contains de-identified survey data for a three-wave study (N = 524) examining how perceived AI reliability relates to employees’ proactive change behavior via psychological safety, and how a knowledge-sharing climate moderates the psychological safety–proactive change link. The deposit includes a cleaned SPSS dataset (.sav). Variable labels correspond to the study constructs and measurement items reported in the manuscript.
