Antiviral Drugs for Influenza

Define susceptibility of influenza viruses to currently available anti-influenza drugs, investigate the role of drug-resistant substitutions on pathogenesis and transmissibility of seasonal and newly emerging influenza viruses, and examine the potential of combination drug therapies to control influenza infection and reduce emergence of antiviral resistance in preclinical models.
