Supporting data for “Out-of-focus 3D Alignment for Digital Holography”

The objective of this research is to assess the repeatability of alignment in actual images captured using a digital holographic system. The image data set consists of recordings of an object with varying translations in 3D space, where the desired motion is recorded using a manual tuning stage. To evaluate the repeatability, two pairs of images are selected for alignment, and their alignment quality is then compared against a ground truth reference.本研究旨在评估使用数字全息系统实际捕捉的图像中对齐的重复性。该图像数据集包括在不同三维空间平移下的物体记录，其中所需的运动通过手动调谐平台进行记录。为了评估重复性，选取了两对图像进行对齐，并将它们的对齐质量与地面真实参考进行比对。
