Industrial Production Time-Series Dataset from a Beverage Bottling Line

This dataset contains time-resolved operational records from an industrial manufacturing process, covering the period from July 2022 to February 2023. The data describe production activity, operational time, downtime, and efficiency metrics at daily and hourly resolutions. The dataset includes structured tables reporting production volumes, monitored time, effective operation time, and downtime, as well as derived efficiency indicators. All timestamps were standardized, and numerical values are provided in consistent units to facilitate reuse and reproducibility. These data were collected during real industrial operation using an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) monitoring system and were used as supporting material in a previously published research article focused on the analysis of production efficiency and operational behavior using deep learning algorithms, including LSTM, GRU, and SCINet. While the associated article presents aggregated analyses and interpretations, this dataset provides the underlying structured records to enable independent inspection, replication of results, or alternative analyses. The dataset is intended for use in studies related to industrial engineering, manufacturing systems, operational efficiency analysis, and time-series modeling. No sensitive or personally identifiable information is included.
