Presence-absence surveys for years 2013, 2014, and 2015 on Rhizophora mangle prop root communities from Key West to Melbourne, Florida. Each spreadsheet corresponds to one year. Rows are the sites and columns are the 103 species found across all three years. Zero means the species was not present and one means the species was present. Species names on the spreadsheets differ in some cases from the manuscript, because the manuscript uses the updated names.
