This dataset contains ultrasonographic and histological scores obtained from an experimental rat model of Achilles tendinopathy. Tendinopathy was induced via collagenase injection and evaluated on Days 21 and 35. The dataset includes total USG scores (based on echogenicity, neovascularization, and calcification) and total histological scores (based on fiber structure, alignment, nuclear morphology, cell density, inflammation, and neovascularization). The therapeutic effects of cinnamic acid (CA) at different dosages (10, 20, and 30 mg/kg) were assessed. These data support the analysis and findings reported in the related manuscript.
