NDPF Torque cluster occupancy database files and plots

The rrd.tar file is a unix tar archive containing RRD files that show the occupancy of the NDPF Torque "Grid" cluster from July 2011 to November 2025. The "running" RRD files show jobs running for each group, so "atlb.running.rrd" shows the running jobs vs time for users in group "atlb". The "queued" RRD files show how many jobs were waiting to run; and the "waittime" RRD file shows at each timestamp, how long the longest-waiting job had been waiting to run. The mcpool RRD files show the same information but then specifically for jobs running on the dynamic multicore pool, see https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1742-6596/664/5/052038 for more information about this pool.<br>Because the RRD software has been known to change (binary) format between versions in the past, the xml.tar file contains XML-format versions of the RRD files, that have been created using the "rrdtool dump" command, and could be used to repopulate RRD databases in a future format, using the "rrdtool restore" command that reads these XML files; the XML files are also suitable for parsing with other tools like python or awk.<br>The software.tar file is a unix tar archive containing the software used to collect job information and populate the RRD database, as well as the software used to make plots based on the contents of the RRD databases.<br>The plots.tar file is a unix tar archive containing the png files of the cluster occupancy plots (produced by the above-mentioned software) at the end-of-life of the cluster; the "alltime" png files show the complete history.
