Picott KJ, Ucciferi L, & Ross AC (2018) "Culturing marine bacteria from the genus Pseudoalteromonas on a cotton scaffold alters secondary metabolite production" Microbiology Open, xx:xx pp xxxx-xxxx These files are Ultrahigh Performance Liquid Chromatography-Diode Array Detector-Mass Spectrometry (UPLC-DAD-MS) analyses of extracts of Pseudoalteromonas luteoviolacea 2ta16, Pseudoalteromonas piscicida JCM20779, and Pseudoalteromonas rubra DSM-6842 provided in .raw format and .mzml format. These files are best viewed in .raw format using the Waters Masslynx chromatography software. MZML files can be viewed using many open-source chromatography softwares, however it is important to note that both diode array detector and mass spectral information should be included in the data files. Please refer to the above publication for a description of how these extracts were collected and analyzed. This data is contained in a compressed folder. This folder can be decompressed using the open-source compression software 7-zip (https://www.7-zip.org/).
