Laser frequency stabilization is a key technology that affects the performance of atomic fountain systems. A laser frequency stabilization optimization scheme applied to atomic fountain systems has been proposed. This scheme applies the frequency shift method used in the laser cooling process to the frequency stabilization system, generates sidebands through fiber optic electro-optic modulation, and locks the frequency at the saturated absorption peak of the sidebands. Simultaneously applying a large spot saturation absorption module to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of saturation absorption signals and error signals. By utilizing the detection light of the main optical path of the atomic fountain system, the transfer locking from the saturated absorption peak to the saturated absorption peak is achieved through a frequency shift of 1.035GHz, and the cold atomic cloud signal is observed in the fountain system. The locked signal can achieve stable operation for a long time. This scheme has important application value by controlling the electro-optic modulation frequency and also has the potential to achieve arbitrary frequency locking within the range of laser cooling experiments.
