RNA-seq analysis of the anoxic stress response in Anadara kagoshimensis

This research was conducted to investigate the effect of anoxic stress on the A. kagoshimensis. Total RNA was extracted from gills of Anadara kagoshimensis from anoxic and control treatments (n =3 in each treatment). Total RNA was extracted using the ISOSPIN Plant RNA kit. Paired-end RNA libraries were prepared and sequenced at 150 bp reads.
