西藏自治区日喀则地区小型兽类数据集（2023）

为解析青藏高原动物多样性格局，并建立相应的兽类分布数据库。2023年集中在西藏自治区日喀则地区共采集50份当地野生动物灰腹鼠、锡金蹼足鼩等标本，实体样品包括动物个体、皮张、组织等。本数据集包含50个样品信息表。样品信息表包含物种、品种、详细采样地、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等基本样品信息，以excel表形式存储。2023年集中在西藏吉隆布设了红外相机，拍摄到赤麂、长尾叶猴、黄喉貂、黑熊、金钱豹、熊猴、喜马拉雅斑羚、喜马拉雅鬣羚、野猪等野生动物。本数据集包含在西藏吉隆拍摄的野生动物照片共计10个文件夹，每个文件夹以物种名命名，2386张红外相机照片。照片以jpg格式存储。To analyze the animal diversity patterns on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and establish a corresponding mammal distribution database, 50 specimens of local wild animals including the gray-bellied rat and Sikkim water shrew were collected in Xigazê Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region in 2023. The physical specimens include complete individuals, skins, tissues, and other related materials. This dataset contains 50 specimen information sheets, which record basic specimen details such as species, breed, detailed sampling location, specimen type, collection date, collectors, and preservation method, and are stored in Excel format. In 2023, infrared camera traps were deployed in Gyirong, Tibet, capturing 2386 photos of wild animals including red muntjac, Hanuman langur, yellow-throated marten, Asiatic black bear, leopard, Assam macaque, Himalayan goral, Himalayan serow, and wild boar. This dataset includes 10 folders of these wildlife photos taken in Gyirong, Tibet, with each folder named after the corresponding species, and all photos are stored in JPEG format.
