ORF Capture-Seq for targeted long-read sequencing of human transcription factors

ORF Capture-Seq (OCS) is a flexible method that addresses both challenges for targeted full-length isoform sequencing applications using collections of cloned ORFs as probes. The goal of this study is to demonstrate the utility of OCS for enrichment and sequencing of full-length isoforms from human transcription factors. Both long-read (PacBio) and short-read (Illumina) data is included in this BioProject.
