Supply balance fish

In cooperation with the BLE (Hamburg) and the Federal Statistical Office, the supply balance for fish (including crustaceans and molluscs) is compiled. Landings from domestic, foreign and inland fisheries are reported. Comments: The values for inland fishing are estimated from aquaculture, river and lake fishing. Inland fishing from 2019 including bivalve molluscs. The degree of self-sufficiency is the share of German fisheries in domestic use.
