Sex-specific proteomic profiling in esophageal adenocarcinoma
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data and analysis code associated with the manuscript "Sex-specific proteomic profiling identifies pregnancy zone protein as a complement-linked marker of adverse prognosis in esophageal adenocarcinoma" (Quaas, Schiemann, Lyu, Zander, Hillmer, Schloesser, Bruns, Büttner, Grothey). The study presents a mass spectrometry–based proteomic analysis of 92 treatment-naïve esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) specimens together with non-malignant esophageal tissue, complemented by immunohistochemical (IHC) validation of pregnancy zone protein (PZP) on tissue microarrays and clinical follow-up data from the University Hospital Cologne EAC cohort. The provided scripts reproduce the differential expression, pathway enrichment, PZP correlation, IHC, and survival analyses, and regenerate the main and supplementary figures and tables of the publication.
