OpenDose S-values and reference organ masses, ICRP 110 adult phantoms (radot data, v1.0)
收藏资源简介:
S-values and reference organ masses from the OpenDose database, for the ICRP Publication 110 adult male (AM) and female (AF) reference phantoms. This is the data used by radot (https://github.com/dsarrut/radot) for its organ-level dosimetry (S-value methods), in the format radot reads. Source. OpenDose collaboration, https://opendose.org (website https://opendose.polsl.pl). Please cite: Chauvin M. et al., "OpenDose: open-access resource for nuclear medicine dosimetry", J Nucl Med 2020, doi:10.2967/jnumed.119.240366. Extracted from the OpenDose website in June 2026 (11 radionuclides) and on 30 October 2026 (the other 25). Values were checked against the website on 30 and 31 October 2026 on a sample of source organs from both phantoms, and were identical. Content (top folder radot_opendose_v1.0/): icrp_110_male/, icrp_110_female/ masses.json: target organ masses in g. <radionuclide>.json.gz: S-values in mGy/(MBq·s), stored as {source organ: {target organ: S}}, gzip-compressed JSON. Organ names are as in OpenDose. version.json: data version, units, phantoms and radionuclides. checksums.sha256: SHA-256 of each file. README.txt: the full description. There are 169 source and target organs for the male phantom and 168 for the female. Radionuclides (36): Ac-225, Ag-111, At-211, Bi-212, Bi-213, Cu-64, Cu-67, Er-169, F-18, Ga-68, Ho-166, I-123, I-124, I-125, I-131, In-111, Lu-177, P-32, Pb-203, Pb-212, Ra-223, Re-186, Re-188, Sc-44, Sc-47, Sm-153, Sr-89, Tb-149, Tb-152, Tb-155, Tb-161, Tc-99m, Th-227, Y-86, Y-90, Zr-89. The S-values are for the radionuclide alone, without its progeny (e.g. Ac-225, Ra-223, Th-227, Pb-212). The daughters must be added separately. Licence.
