Real driving emissions data: Isuzu FTR850 AMT

Real driving emissions (RDE) of an Isuzu FTR850 AMT (Road-Rail Vehicle) heavy vehicle collected using a Portable Emissions Measurement System (PEMS) unit. This version is exactly the same as v2. The Data in Brief data managers, however, requested that the file be provided in an (uncompressed) open format. Also, the name of this set now includes the word "data".
