PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building board with vintage-like appearance by consolidating a woody laminate (conifer plywood and the like) made by laminating unit constituent board. SOLUTION: A building board 10 is obtained by consolidating 9-ply conifer plywood 12 and subsequently sanding the surface. As the thickness after consolidation differs at the hard portion and the soft portion of the first veneer 11a， sanding the first veneer causes a random pattern， which consists of an exposed part 14 where the first veneer is cut away so that the second veneer 11b is exposed and the remainder 15 where the first veneer is not cut away even by sanding and remains， to be formed on the surface.
