‘chl_’ and ‘mit_’ represent the chloroplastic and mitochondrial reactions, respectively. From top to bottom the reactions are mitochondrial complex V, I, chloroplastic glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase, phosphoglycerate kinase, mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase, complex III, IV, cytosolic phosphoglycerate kinase and phosphoglucomutase. While in case of LightNonCyc reaction, the increase or decrease in fold change is presented; since light cyclic (LightCyc) is not utilized in WT; only the values of fluxes are presented here.
