Gene expression profiles in mouse hepatocytes

Hepatocytes consist of subpopulations namely mature hepatocytes and small hepatocytes. Although they have different proliferative capabiliary in vitro, the difference between two populations has not been examined by transcriptome. Idenfitication for heterogenity of adult mouse hepatocytes肝细胞（Hepatocytes）包含两类亚群，即成熟肝细胞（mature hepatocytes）与小肝细胞（small hepatocytes）。尽管二者在体外具备不同的增殖能力，但目前尚未通过转录组（transcriptome）分析对这两个亚群间的差异展开研究。本数据集聚焦成年小鼠肝细胞异质性的鉴定。
