Microbiome analysis of Rhipicephalus microplus ticks of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and Balochistan province of Pakistan

Rhipicephalus microplus ticks from bovine population of four provinces of Pakistan (Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and Balochistan ) were collected to analyze the tick gut microbiome profile of these regions. all these provinces have their unique climate and topography which could reflect changes in tick microbiome profile. 18 ticks samples from each province were collected and grouped into 3 samples (pooled).
