Array comparative genomic hybridization of Canine Oral Melanoma (COM) archival samples.
收藏资源简介:
The aim of this work was to identify the Copy Number Aberrations (CNAs) by high-resolution array Comparative Genomic Hybridization (aCGH) on 19 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples of treatment-naïve COM. In total, the DNA obtained from 19 COM specimens together with the paired healty tissue present in the same FFPE block were analyzed using a Agilent-025522 SurePrint G3 Canine CGH Microarray 4x180K (GPL10156). Tumor and reference DNA samples were labelled independently with cyanine 5-deoxyuridine triphosphate (dUTP) and cyanine 3-dUTP, respectively, using SureTag Complete DNA Labeling Kit. Oligo aCGH analysis was performed following the manufacturer’s recommendations, using an Oligo aCGH/ChIP-on-chip Hybridization Kit (Agilent Technologies).
