Entry encompasses the cryoEM maps and accompanying coordinate files of alpha-helical endospore appendages (A-ENA) from Bacillus thuringiensis Israelensis. Three structures are provided: (1) ex vivo A-ENA fibers, imaged on the surface of the endospores, (2) recombinant A-ENA fibers, and (3) recombinant A-ENA1 fibers.
