Single-cell transcriptomic profiling of immune cells in the mouse uterus

This project aims to generate a single-cell transcriptomic atlas of immune cells in the mouse uterus. Using the Chromium Single Cell 3' solution (10x Genomics), we analyzed uterine immune cells isolated under physiological conditions to characterize their cellular heterogeneity and transcriptional profiles. The dataset will provide a valuable resource for understanding uterine immune regulation and reproductive biology.
