Verfahrensdokumentation für S8*: Situational Eight DIAMONDS - deutsche Fassung

Das Verfahren "Situational Eight DIAMONDS" (S8*) erfasst allgemeingültige situationale Eigenschaften in Form von Selbsteinschätzungen. Es kann als Forschungsinstrument angewendet werden. Es handelt sich um eine Weiterentwicklung des Riverside Situational Q-Sort (RSQ) von Wagerman und Funder (2009). Das Verfahren umfasst die acht Dimensionen "Duty", "Intellect", "Adversity", "Mating", "pOsitivity", "Negativity", "Deception" und "Sociality" mit insgesamt 24 Items. Reliabilität: Die interne Konsistenz der Dimensionen bewegt sich zwischen Cronbachs Alpha = .61 und .90. Validität: Zur Überprüfung der Konstruktvalidität bzw. der nomologischen Validität wurde der Burt-Tucker-Kongruenz-Koeffizient berechnet, um die Ähnlichkeit zwischen dem RSQ-8 (Version 3.15) und S8* nachzuweisen. Jeweils 52 Korrelationen beider Verfahren wurden z-transformiert. Die Korrelationen des RSQ-8 (Version 3.15) und S8* erwiesen sich als nahezu identisch. Weiterhin wurden konfirmatorische Faktorenanalysen mit der Lang- und Kurzversion durchgeführt. Die Faktorladungen der S8*-Items sind allesamt hoch (.57-.92).
