Oncogenic action of the exosome cofactor RBM7 by stabilization of CDK1 mRNA in breast cancer. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis showed that the most prominent upregulated pathway was cell cycle. Consistently, the heatmap analysis displayed significantly increased expression in many genes associated with breast cancer cell proliferation, such as CDK1.
