Data and Code for Reproducible Analysis of Public Microarray and RNA-Seq Datasets

This deposit contains all data and code required to reproduce the analyses presented in the associated manuscript. It includes R scripts for four publicly available microarray datasets and two RNA-seq datasets, processed count matrices used for differential expression analysis, and a README file with detailed instructions. The RNA-seq raw FASTQ files were downloaded from public repositories and processed using CLC Genomics Workbench to generate gene-level count matrices. This package enables full replication and verification of the results and figures reported in the manuscript.
