T2* maps from the publication 'Evidence for reduced choroid plexus volume in the aged brain'.

This is the T2* maps from the publication '<b>Evidence for reduced choroid plexus volume in the aged brain</b>' by Youh et al. The data is in matlab (.mat) format.The data was acquired on a 9.4T Bruker pre-clinical MRI scanner. The aim of the scans was to enable accurate segmentation of the choroid plexus in the lateral ventricles in order to estimate it's volume. Both young and old mice were imaged in order to investigate the influence of ageing on choroid plexus volume.<br>
