针对现有CO2捕集吸收剂能耗高、损耗大、成本高等问题,开展新一代CO2捕集吸收剂运行验证。本数据集为燃煤电厂1000吨/年CO2捕集装置72小时连续运行数据,依托华能长春热电厂1000吨/年CO2捕集平台,于2022年10月30日到2022年12月22日采用相变型溶剂进行1000小时连续运行中试验证,实时监测捕集系统内包括入洗涤塔烟气、入吸收塔烟气、出吸收塔烟气、分离罐出口再生气、预洗液环路、洗涤液环路、贫液、富液和吸收塔温度等各个关键点的参数变化情况,以评估新一代高效CO2捕集吸收剂在1000吨/年CO2捕集平台上CO2捕集率、再生能耗和溶剂损耗。
Aiming to address the issues of high energy consumption, significant solvent loss and high cost associated with existing CO₂ capture absorbents, operational verification of a new-generation CO₂ capture absorbent was carried out. This dataset comprises 72-hour continuous operation data collected from a 1000-tonne-per-year CO₂ capture unit in a coal-fired power plant. The verification was conducted on the 1000-tonne-per-year CO₂ capture platform of Huaneng Changchun Thermal Power Plant, with phase-change solvents utilized during the 1000-hour continuous pilot-scale test from October 30, 2022 to December 22, 2022. Real-time monitoring was performed on parameter variations at critical points within the capture system, including flue gas entering the scrubber, flue gas entering the absorption tower, flue gas exiting the absorption tower, regenerated gas at the separation tank outlet, pre-wash liquid loop, scrubbing liquid loop, lean liquid, rich liquid, and absorption tower temperature, to assess the CO₂ capture efficiency, regeneration energy consumption and solvent loss of the new-generation high-efficiency CO₂ capture absorbent on the aforementioned 1000-tonne-per-year CO₂ capture platform.
