Trade Waste Site (OpenData)

This entity describes a location at which a consent applies for the treatment of industrial waste water or stormwater prior to dispersal into the stormwater or wastewater network. Trade waste is the commercial and industrial liquid waste that is disposed of through the Christchurch City Council sewerage system. This includes discharge from restaurants, takeaway outlets, food processors, metal finishers, service stations, and chemical manufacturers. Trade waste does not include wastewater from toilets or bathrooms. It is spatially abstracted to an area.
