InVERT final results

Primary human bronchial epithelial cells were differentiated at air liquid interface for 3 weeks in Pneumacult media. Infected cells were infected with Cal/07/09 and harvested at 6 and 12 hours post-infection. After harvest, cells were sorted into ciliated and secretory cells via FACS and submitted for stranded RNAseq. Mock infected cells were also included as a control and sorted into ciliated and secretory cells for stranded RNAseq. N=4 replicates were included for each condition.Raw sequencing data has been deposited on NCBI under BioProject number XXXX. RNAseq data was processed with the InVERT pipeline. The final results are included in these files.
