雨污分流作为城市污水处理的重要手段,对于提高城市污水处理能力和改善环境质量具有重要的意义。本数据对排水管道进行缺陷检测以及日常检查,管道破损率及污水管道排查结果可作为是否对管道进行开挖修复、雨污分流改造的依据。政府可根据管道破损率及每月雨污合流总次数情况评价并改善当地的管线建设。1、管道检测:根据行政区范围内管道的分布特征,使用 QV潜望镜对管道进行破损检测,并拍摄视频留证; 2、污水管道检查:检查管线类型为雨水的管道内是否有水流,判断是否存在雨污合流现象; 3、数据处理:依据检测的影像对缺陷进行判断,利用视频识别技术,识别管线破损长度,根据起始点号和终止点号得到管道长度,计算管线破损率,管线破损率=破损长度/管道长度*100%;依据污水管道检查结果,存在雨污合流的记录为“1”,不存在雨污合流记录为“0”,对同一地区雨污合流及管线破损情况进行梳理分析,并通过Finereport软件制作可视化地图,更直观的观察雨污合流数量变化,评价该地管线建设情况,及各地差距; 4、管道破损率及污水管道排查结果可作为是否对管道进行非开挖修复或开挖修复,以及对管道进行雨污分流改造的依据。

Separating rainwater and sewage is a critical approach for urban wastewater treatment, which holds great significance for enhancing urban wastewater treatment capacity and improving environmental quality. This dataset conducts defect detection and routine inspection on drainage pipelines. The pipeline damage rate and the inspection results of sewage pipelines can serve as the basis for determining whether to perform excavation-based repair, trenchless repair, or rainwater-sewage separation renovation on the pipelines. Governments can evaluate and improve local pipeline infrastructure based on the pipeline damage rate and the total number of combined rainwater and sewage events per month. 1. Pipeline Inspection: According to the distribution characteristics of pipelines within the administrative region, use QV periscopes to conduct damage detection on pipelines and record with captured videos; 2. Sewage Pipeline Check: Examine if there is flowing water inside pipelines designated as rainwater pipelines, so as to judge whether combined rainwater-sewage flow occurs; 3. Data Processing: Identify defects based on the detected images, use video recognition technology to identify the damaged length of pipelines, obtain the total pipeline length according to the starting and ending point numbers, and calculate the pipeline damage rate, where pipeline damage rate = (damaged length / total pipeline length) * 100%; Based on the sewage pipeline inspection results, mark records with combined rainwater-sewage flow as "1" and those without as "0"; Conduct sorting and analysis on combined rainwater-sewage flow and pipeline damage conditions in the same region, and create a visualized map using Finereport software to intuitively observe the changes in the number of combined rainwater-sewage flow events, evaluate the local pipeline infrastructure construction, and compare the gaps between different regions; 4. The pipeline damage rate and sewage pipeline inspection results can serve as the basis for determining whether to perform trenchless repair, excavation-based repair, or rainwater-sewage separation renovation on the pipelines.
