CD249+ fibroblasts vs CD249 neg fibroblasts

Bulk sequencing of murine lung fibroblasts expressing a potential novel marker of lipofibroblasts (Enpep aka. Cd249). Overall design: Murine lungs were digested using conventional methods and a single cell suspension generated. Fibroblasts (CD45/CD326/CD31 negative) expressing Cd249 were flow sorted and collected. A equal number of CD249 negative fibroblasts from the same lung were collected at the same time. Total RNA was isolated using the Qiagen RNeasy Micro kit and stored at -80C until analyzed. All samples were submitted together submitted to the CSMC Genomics Core facilty for bulk RNA sequencing.
