<p>3D scan of a bearded man holding the jawbone of a Deinotherium in his arm. The Deinotherium, also known as the ‘tusk elephant’, lived from the Middle Miocene until the end of the Early Pleistocene.</p><p>The figure was created by Rudolf Weyr (1847-1914) and is part of the decorative program in Hall 10 of the Natural History Museum.</p>
