Hydrometric stations - Martinique

Device installed on a site to observe and measure a specific quantity related to hydrology (height or flow). This is usually a limnimetric scale that allows the observation of water height.

A station may carry a height and/or flow rate (directly measured or calculated from a calibration curve).
Each station has one or more sensors (= device measuring a size, height or flow rate).

Depending on their characteristics, the data measured (Height / Flow) by these equipments are accessible on the websites:

These stations are identified in the national hydrological bank, operated by the state services. The owners/operators of these stations are either government departments and local authorities or private operators. To date, the completeness of the data is in the order of 90%.
