The dataset is structured to promote transparency, reproducibility, and ethical research dissemination while protecting participant confidentiality.The replication package includes:dataset_transcripts_deidentified.csvStructured, anonymized analytical excerpts derived from qualitative interviews. These excerpts illustrate thematic coding patterns and do not reproduce full interview transcripts.thematic_codebook.xlsxA structured coding framework linking empirical themes to Socio-Technical Systems (STS) theory, ICT4D scholarship, and the Capability Approach. The codebook includes theme definitions, inclusion criteria, and representative excerpts.tables_underlying_data.xlsxAggregated quantitative summaries (frequencies and percentages) underlying the tables and figures reported in the published article.Ethical and Data Protection StatementNo personally identifiable information (PII) is included in this repository. Full interview transcripts are not shared in order to protect participant confidentiality and comply with ethical standards governing minimal-risk qualitative research.
