Osmanthus fragrans Raw sequence reads

Sweet osmanthus, Osmanthus fragrans Lour., is an ornamental plant of substantial commercial value, which has been gaining attention for years. However, no genetic linkage maps of this species have previously been reported due to a lack of sufficient sequence information. Specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing(SLAF-seq) is a recent marker development technology that allows large-scale single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) discovery and genotyping with a high-resolution strategy. In this study, we have developed the ?rst genetic map of O. fragrans using SLAF-seq of an F1 population.
