To investigate whether loss of GPRC5B affects macrophage function, we generated myeloid-specific Gprc5b knockout mice and then did RNA-seq using resident peritoneal macrophage to analyze the gene expression profile. Gene expression profiling in resident peritoneal macrophages from control mice (LysCre-negative;Gprc5b(fl/fl)) and myeloid-specific Gprc5b knockout mice (LysCre+;Gprc5b(fl/fl)) without any stimulation (triplicates for each group).
