Tunisian infrasound detections from Mont Etna eruptions over May 2016
收藏资源简介:
Dear colleague, This repository gathers datasets used in the article "Bayesian selection of atmospheric profiles from an ensemble data assimilation system using infrasonic observations of May 2016 Etna eruptions". This article was submitted to the Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres. You will find four different files. These data cover the Mount Etna eruptions that occured between the 15th up to the 26th of May, 2016. The ascii file gives the hourly number of infrasound detections from (1) UNIFI's Mount Etna infrasound array with a Root Mean Squared Pressure larger than 1 Pa (2nd column) ; UNIFI's Mount Etna infrasound array once they have been filtered (3rd column) and Tunisian IMS's infrasound array IS48 once they have been filtered (last column). There are three different binary files holding respectively: the backazimuths and trace-velocities of the infrasound IS48's detections (IS48_Data.nc), atmospherics profiles extracted from 00 UTC ensemble analysis of Météo-France global NWP model ARPEGE (AEARP_profiles_May_2016.nc) and 51 synthetic atmospheric profiles based on the 1976 US standard model (Synthetic_profiles.nc). If you have any questions about these datasets, please feel free to contact one of the authors of the article. We want to thank the CTBTO, Météo-France, the UNIFI and Zenodo for making possible this open-access repository. Best regards, P. Vanderbecken, J.-F. Mahfouf and C. Millet
