Processed Sequencing Data for "In vivo transcriptomic, functional, circuit based, and translational analyses of enteric neurons"

This Zenodo repository contains processed sequencing data (count matrices and annotations) from the human and mouse enteric nervous systems, processed sequencing data from the mouse gut microbiome, and scripts to reproduce the analyses presented in "In vivo transcriptomic, functional, circuit based, and translational analyses of enteric neurons." ENS sequencing data and accompanying code are in ENS_data_and_code.tar.gz and metagenomic sequencing data are in metagenomics.tar.gz.
