Microbial community and EMF driving microbial metabolic efficiency patterns in TGR

1) elucidate microbial diversity and microbial metabolic efficiency patterns through field investigation along the riparian zones of the Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR); 2) analyze the potential microbial communities and assemblies driving the microbial metabolic efficiency; 3) explore the indirect or indirect effects of biotic and abiotic factors on the microbial metabolism efficiency and ecosystem multifunctionality.
