This record presents an updated prediction for the astrometric deviation of interstellar object 3I/ATLAS (C/2025 N1) as it passes perihelion in October 2025.The analysis refines earlier findings within the Baryonic Matter framework, predicting a sub-arcsecond, sunward-skewed residual arising from Solar–Baryonic-Matter coupling.Our model forecasts a peak deviation of ΔRA ≈ +0.31″ and ΔDec ≈ −0.13″ near October 29 ± 12 hours, decaying by half within three days and repeating more weakly November 2–4.If verified through precise RA/Dec residual measurements, this event would represent the first empirical evidence of deterministic Solar–Baryonic-Matter interactions, establishing a foundation for a new class of astrophysical models.
