Photographic postcard of a fishing scene in Tuguegarao. People are bringing a net in from the right bank of the left bank of the river. There two groups of people, one on each line of the net. There is a white flag in the water just off the shore. There is a child sitting on a boat down river from where the people are fishing and another child standing next to the boat.
