Transcriptional profile of MCF7 lines sensitive and resistant to Palbociclib

In this study we focused our attention on palbociclib, an inhibitor of CDK4/6. We selected and characterized human luminal breast cancer MCF7 cell line, able to survive and proliferate at different palbociclib concentrations and the resistant population showed cross-resistance versus abemaciclib. The resistant and the sensitive cell population were characterized by RNA sequencing.
