资源简介:
Fungal infection induces substantial but poorly understood metabolic reprogramming in macrophages. To identify molecules that are potentially involved in the fungi infection of macrophages, RNA-Seq was conducted to compare the expression of mRNAs in Candida albicans infected BMDMs and control BMDMs from Scapf/f and Lyz2-cre-Scapf/f mice. Overall design: RNA-seq was performed on bone marrow–derived macrophages (BMDMs) stimulated with Candida albicans for 6 hours, with untreated cells used as controls from Scapf/f and Lyz2-cre-Scapf/f mice. Each group consisted of three samples, each containing 5 million cells. RNA extractions were sent to BGI (Shenzhen) for RNA-seq analysis.
