Effect of Klf15 on gene expression in Mrps5 null heart at 14 weeks after Mrps5 gene knockout

To understand the molecular mechanisms by which Klf15 overexpression rescues the Mrps5 loss of function phenotype in the heart. We conducted RNA sequencing to profile the transcriptomes of Mrps5cKO mice infected with AAV9-Klf15 or control AAV9-Luci. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Mrps5 fl/fl;MCM mouse hearts infected with AAV9 luci virus or klf15 virus at 14 weeks after tamoxifen induced Mrps5 gene deletion (7 weeks after AAV9 virus infection). The luci group has 3 biological repeats, indicates as Luci_1, Luci_2, Luci_3, and the klf15 group has 4 biological repeats,indicates as Klf15_1, Klf15_2, Klf15_3, Klf15_4.
