ECONOMIC AND HEALTH METRICS OF ACTIVE SCHOOL TRAVEL

Base data used to measure school neighborhood walkability are publicly available and the formulas used for modeling have been published and are readily available (see related publications below). Similarly, we will publish the results of the meta-analyses leading to the metrics of health (from increased physical activity) and economic (health care savings) outcomes. We will also publish the formulas used in our models.
