D'Ario_et_al_2021_DAPI_images

This dataset contains image stacks of Arabidopsis shoot apical meristems stained with DAPI, processed images used to measure nuclear DNA contents, associated measurement tables and metadata. The details of treatments (wild type, fbl17 mutant and colchicine-treated wild type), imaging methods and processing steps are described in the associated manuscript.
