Transcriptome of the Antarctic sponge Myxilla (Burtonanchora) lissostyla

RNA-seq of Antarctic sponge holobiont Myxilla (Burtonanchora) lissostyla collected over three consecutive summers from the South Shetland Islands. The main objectives were to determine the transcriptomic repertoire of the sponge holobiont and to characterize the immune components that potentially interact with its bacterial partners.
