Replication Data for: Pediatric Long COVID Is Characterized by Myeloid CCR6 Suppression and Immune Dysregulation

Dataset containing the files of the manuscript entitled "Pediatric Long COVID Is Characterized by Myeloid CCR6 Suppression and Immune Dysregulation" by Izquierdo-Pujol et al. The dataset contains a CSV with the metadata of each file, three ZIP containing the FCS files for each of the 117 individuals analyzed in the manuscript and a README.txt file containing the information of the analysis and acquisition in line with MIFlowCyt requirements. To gain access, data requesters will need to sign a data access agreement.
